Step:2 Go to Google.com and type (niche) in (city) you are hunting for the clients.
Step: 3 Click on the first 3 advertised links. These businesses are more keen on advertising and then check with Facebook Pixel Helper is giving positive results, meaning that this client has activated it and doing facebook ads.
Search their website if they have the number, the founder of the business.
Step:4 Go to Linkedin and type this business. Go to employees and send a note with the application in that person that is responsible for dealing with that. The note has to be personalized and not to sell anything. Make this for all these 3 businesses
