Back a few months ago I was struggling to build my very own dropshipping business. It’s not because I couldn’t find the right products for testing, but I were struggling due to strategy which was not that much correct to generate acceptable profits i.e. (30-40%)

The old strategy I followed looked like this, pretty sure that most of you can relate:

1) Find a product on Aliexpress (Preferably one with lots of orders, a reasonable price anywhere between $1 and $5 to use the Free plus Shipping tactic, and some good reviews too)

2) When I found a product, I put it into my store with Oberlo.
Next step was to do some audience research on Facebook (Yes, I was aware about building the pixel)

That’s why I chose to run a PPE (Page Post Engagement) to test the product.

3) Then I let them run for 3 days. If I got a sale or two, I duplicated the ad and started a Website Conversion ad with the objective “Add to cart

Some products made me some sales, but there was one thing I was constantly asking myself…

After struggling for a couple more months, I finally came up with a simple, yet very very powerful strategy to build my pixel while making sales, and without spending a fortune on facebook ads.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭) Go on Instagram
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮) Type in the search bar your niche ex. (Health, Baby Products, Teeth Whitening etc.)
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯) Find 10 influencer with a follower base of 50k-300k max.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰) Put all of them in a new google doc sheet
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱) Check the engagement from their posts using this tool
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟲) If their post engagement is above 2%, you should send this person a DM and ask how much a shoutout costs for 24 hours
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟳) If the price is good, pay the influencer and promote that one product.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟴) Put all the data in my google doc sheet template.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟵) Rinse and repeat if you’re profitable.

That’s the easiest and cheapest way to

  • Build your facebook pixel faster, and
  • Making sales in the process by doing so.

When your Pixel has 300 Add to Cart (ATC) fires and let’s say 70+ Purchase (PUR) fires, you can start running FB Ads just by letting the pixel do all the heavy targeting work for you using custom audience + lookalike audience.

Of course, the more sales you can make with this method just by using Instagram, the better for your pixel and your wallet.
